What is it used for?
AS TextCleaner removes all formatting information of the text available in the clipboard so that you can insert it wherever you want. The pasted text will take the same format as the text of your document. Additionally, it also allows you to remove invisible characters added to certain texts copied from the web and used as identifiers or trackers.
You can select a key combination to display and convert the available text in the clipboard, or use the 'Automatically convert' option so that the text format will be automatically removed if you copy your text using the [cmd + c] keys. The window automatically displays the converted text for a short time and disappears again.
You also have some additional options to automatically convert all copied text to uppercase, lowercase or only the first letter of each word in uppercase. You can also save up to 14 predefined texts and have them always at hand.

How it works?
Choose a key combination that will allow you to clean the text currently on the clipboard. For example, use the ctrl+shift combination (the two keys at the bottom left of the keyboard).
Each time you press this key combination, the app will clean the text from the clipboard according to your configured options and briefly display the result on the screen. After that, simply paste your text where you want it.

Remove invisible characters
The Invisible Character Removal option allows you to detect and remove all invisible characters in the text. A message at the bottom of the window indicates the number of invisible characters. By clicking on this message (orange text), you can display the position of invisible characters directly in the text, these are indicated by the 💥 sign. Note that these characters will also be added to the clipboard if you wish to view them elsewhere.
Predefined texts - up to 14
Configure your predefined texts using the configuration button. For each of the 14 available buttons, you can specify a name and associate a text with it. Subsequently, clicking a button will copy the associated text to the clipboard. You can quickly access this page by pressing your key combination twice.
